GoogleDocs Watch

The "Google Doc Watch" feature in DigitalBrainEX is extremely helpful as it automatically detects any newly created files in your Google Drive and those that have been shared with you. However, to prevent unintentional pickup of files, it only detects individual files and not entire folders that have been shared. The picked up files are stored in the file manager, allowing you to easily organize and add them to your documents. Even if you forget to add them, you can still search for them in the file manager. 

In addition to the automatic pickup feature, there is also an option in the file manager of DigitalBrainEX to manually collect files between specific dates. This allows you to easily gather all the relevant files that were created or modified during a certain time period and organize them in one place.
